For your convenience, the dispatch of your order is usually carried out by the cooperating courier company, SPEEDEX, either to your location or to the store you have chosen. Shipments with a carrier are made in case of orders that are considered bulky, something you are automatically informed about when completing your order. In this case (of transport) there is no possibility of choosing the cash on delivery service.
*For areas that are characterized as difficult to reach by the cooperating courier company (or carrier), delivery will be made to the nearest cooperating store.
PRODUCT DELIVERY TIME
Orders placed on working days until 14.00 and provided that the product is immediately available, are released from the store on the same day. The delivery time is 1-2 working days for urban, land destinations, 1-3 working days for island destinations and can reach up to 5 working days, for areas that are characterized as difficult to reach by the cooperating courier company (or carrier). The above delivery times have been estimated approximately and are subject to change in cases of force majeure (e.g. extreme weather etc.).
For orders that include products, which are not immediately available, after ordering, we will contact you by phone to inform you of their delivery time.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Orders from €50.00 and above are sent without charge for shipping costs, for all destinations of the main network of couriers we cooperate with. Orders up to €50.00 are charged with shipping costs of €3.50 including VAT. There is no extra charge related to weight or remote areas. For bulky products sent with a transport company, you will be informed by phone about the transport charge, as they are not part of the same policy. In case of payment by cash on delivery (for orders up to €50) the cost of the service is €1.50 including VAT.
For residents of Cyprus, the cost amounts to €18.00 for a parcel weighing 2 kilos and a charge of €3.00 for each additional kilo (these prices are only valid if the order has been paid by credit card or by deposit to the account of company).
