Shipping & Returns
For your faster service, your order is sent by the partner courier companies.
Orders from €50.00 and above are sent without charge for shipping costs, for all destinations of the main network of couriers we cooperate with.
Orders up to €50.00 are charged with shipping costs of €3.50 including VAT.

The return of a product, as long as its packaging has not been damaged and is accompanied by the receipt, can be done completely free of charge and your money will be returned within 14 working days, in the event that the return is due to an error of the online store.
In the event that you wish to return a product for your personal reasons, through no fault of the online store, then the shipping costs will have to be covered by you. It always applies that in order for such a request to be accepted, the packaging of the product must not have been tampered with and must be accompanied by the receipt.
Regarding evening dresses and gowns, our company does not accept returns or changes.
Before we ship your order that contains non-returnable products, we contact you to confirm that you have ordered the right size for you. The order will be shipped after we receive your confirmation.
